Struma ovarii is a form of mature teratoma, a rare germ cell tumor, containing more than 50% thyroid tissue. Malignancy is uncommon. Non-invasive follicular thyroid neoplasm with papillary-like nuclear features (NIFTP) inside struma ovarii was never described.
